How TradeSplain publishes

TradeSplain explains sourcing, importing, supplier verification, and landed-cost planning for an international audience. The site is independent, takes no orders, and does not act as a sourcing agent, freight forwarder, customs broker, law firm, tax adviser, or inspection company.

Source hierarchy

Official customs authorities, government registries, standards bodies, platform documentation, carrier terms, and primary company documents take priority. Commercial summaries and marketplace claims are treated as leads to verify, not final proof.

Numbers and calculators

Calculator defaults are labeled as illustrative. Users are expected to replace them with current written quotes and product-specific rates. Formula assumptions and exclusions are shown near the result.

Corrections and updates

Pages should identify review dates when information is time-sensitive. Material corrections are made in place. Readers can report an error by emailing jingshuicc@gmail.com with the page URL, disputed statement, and supporting source.

Commercial independence

TradeSplain does not accept purchase orders or present sponsored placements as independent rankings. If affiliate links, sponsorships, or paid placements are introduced, the relationship will be disclosed close to the affected content.
